Ingredients:
- 4 hamburger buns
- 500 g of ground beef
- 200 g sliced mushrooms
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Sauce of your choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil

Instructions

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until golden.

Add the mushrooms and cook until tenser
·
Season with salt and peppermint.
·
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form 4
burgers and cook them to your liking.
·
Toast the hamburger buns.
·
Assemble the burgers by placing the meat, cheese
(optional), sautéed mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and sauce on the buns.
